Your setup fee is billed when you sign up. If your are unhappy with your CoverBoom service for any reason, we'll happily refund your setup fee.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Your CoverBoom service is month to month. If our service isn’t working for you, you may cancel at any time for any reason.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No. You may cancel at any time. For the Online Marketing Suite, you'll have already paid for the current month; cancellations take effect at the end of the month.
How are credit cards processed?
With Amazon Payments, Authorize.net or PayPal Website Payments Pro. The millions of consumers with Amazon accounts can purchase an Instant Gift Certificate from your spa without re-entering their credit card information. Alternatively, you can process credit cards manually just like you would a phone order.
How do you bill?
At the beginning of each month, we bill the monthly fee for the Dynamic Website or Online Marketing Suite (if applicable) and the commission for your prior month's sales of Instant Gift Certificates.
What about credit card chargebacks?
If you get a chargeback from your customer, the transaction is automatically reversed and the commission is refunded.
